Welcome to Printers KE. By browsing or purchasing from this website, you enter into an agreement with Inklight Printers Limited (trading as “Printers KE”) and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below (the “Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the site.

• Stock availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly with alternatives or a full refund.
• Images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly depending on the manufacturer’s production batch.
3. Orders & Payments
• Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
• A binding contract is formed only once we issue an order confirmation by email or SMS.
• Full payment is required at checkout. Accepted payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.
• We reserve the right to cancel confirmed orders in the event of payment failure, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued where applicable.
4. Pricing & Taxes
• All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you accordingly.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• We deliver across all 47 counties in Kenya. We do not currently ship outside Kenya.
• Estimated delivery times are: Nairobi — 1 to 2 business days; Major towns — 2 to 4 business days; Other counties — 3 to 6 business days.
• Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier schedules, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.

6. Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery, subject to eligibility criteria.
• Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and sealed packaging.
• Opened consumables (toner cartridges, ink, etc.) are not eligible for return unless confirmed defective.

7. Warranty
• Selected products are sold with a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Warranty duration and coverage vary by product and brand.
• Warranty claims must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
• Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised repair, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property
• All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Inklight Printers Limited or its respective licensors.

9. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inklight Printers Limited (trading as Printers KE) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or any products purchased.
• Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service to which the claim relates.
